Dental floss is an interdental cleaning product that clean the surfaces in-between the teeth. Dental floss is a thin strand of nylon filaments or twisted plastic monofilaments. Flossing is known to clean in between the teeth, which help in preventing cavities and gum diseases.

How to floss our teeth correctly?
- Step 1:
Take 18 inches of the floss thread.
- Step 2
Roll the floss thread around your middle finger of both hands (Floss Pivot finger).
- Step 3
Pinch the floss thread with your forefinger and the thumb (Floss control fingers).
- Step 4
Guide the floss in between the teeth, curve it into a C shape around the teeth and gently rub the sides and move it up and down the teeth.
o Flossing the right top side of the mouth, keep your left floss fingers at the middle of the bottom lip. The right thumb controls the floss to go in between the teeth.
o Flossing the left top side of the mouth, keep your right floss fingers at the middle of the bottom lip. The left thumb controls the floss to go in between the teeth until the end of the molars.
o Flossing the right bottom side of the teeth, keep your left floss fingers on the middle of the top lip. The right index finger controls the floss to go in between the teeth.
o Flossing the left bottom side of the teeth, keep your right floss fingers on the middle of the top lip. The left index finger controls the floss to go in between the teeth.

Once finished flossing throw the floss away, as used floss will breaks away easily in the next use and its not hygienic.
